Our nominated charity this year is

Dunboyne Athletic Club had its biggest ever four mile race
yesterday with a record number of entries in the region of 470.
The event has drawn runners from all the surrounding counties.
The events main sponsor is Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa,
Moygaddy Park Development also contributed greatly to the sponsorship to the race.
A number of local business who sponsored the event were also featured in our race program on the day.
Dunboyne Athletic Club is sincerely thankful to all sponsors
of the event without whose help Dunboyne AC would not be able to field such a top class event.
There was a tremendous competitive field of Athletes
and the feed back from the participants was that it was a fine race
to be involved in and featuring the finest athletes in the country.
The fact that there was no major gaps in the runners
showed that there was a race for everyone including the joggers.
The presence of the hugely successful Fit for Life Program runners was very evident on the day.
We are happy for 'stepping stones' our nominated charity who will benefit as well from the excellent turn out.
The main provisional  results are as follows:

Vinny Mulvey 19.06
